30-Day Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
With original tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Once approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Option

We’re happy to offer free size exchanges within the same style, subject to stock availability.
Simply mention “exchange” in your email request to our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Final sale or discounted items
Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
