Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 10–14 business days.
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

  • We currently ship only within the United States. International delivery options will be announced soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Viora is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We’ll contact the shipping carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
